UK Mainland (Including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man)

• Standard Delivery (2–5 Days) – Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Free for orders £70 and over
• Standard Delivery (2–5 Days) – Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.99 for orders under £70
• Next Working Day Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.99 (orders placed before 3pm Mon–Fri)

Orders placed Saturday & Sunday are processed Monday and delivered Tuesday

• Saturday Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £7.99 (orders placed before 3pm Friday)

Ireland (ROI)

• International Tracked (MP7) (2–10 Days) – £11.99 for all orders

Please note: Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery, or before 3pm Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. If an order is undelivered, it must be reported within 14 days as tracking may expire after this period.

Orders placed using Klarna can only be delivered to the name and address registered on the Klarna account in line with their terms and conditions.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 2–3 working days, but may take up to 5 working days during busy periods or bank holidays. Once your “ready to collect” email is received, you can collect your order with your order number and valid ID.

International Delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked (2–10 Days) – Shipping cost calculated at checkout

Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be handed over to the local postal service. Delivery typically takes 2–10 working days after dispatch. A signature may be required, and missed deliveries may be left with a collection card.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that international orders are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on local laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
