      Please Note: Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery or by 10am Friday for Saturday delivery.       All undelivered orders should be reported to us within 30 days of the day you made your order as tracking may not be available after this time.

      Orders placed using Klarna can only be delivered to the name and address registered on the Klarna account as per their terms and conditions.

      Orders are normally ready to collect within 2-3 working days but in some rare instances, can take up to 5 working days to be ready. Once you receive your ready to collect email you can collect your order. You will need your order number and proof of identity.

      International Shipping Prices

      • Shipping cost is one standard price (price varies by country) with a maximum weight of 2kg.
      • Shipping price includes insurance for order values up to £150.
      • For orders that weigh more then 2kg, please email Customer Service for price.

      Who will deliver the parcel? Once the parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

      How long will it take? Delivery will take 4 to 10 working days after dispatch. A signature may be required and if you're not around, the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up.This may vary depending on country but we should be able to give you more information if you contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.

      Can I track my order? You will receive a dispatched email with a tracking link on for your order.

      Will the recipient have to pay duty on the order? Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. Alive and Dirty Ltd cannot offer any assistance in these processes.To help make sure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU, check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to, before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold.

      • Please return your unwanted goods to us within 14 days of delivery date for refund or exchange.
      • Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
      • All items must be returned in the original packaging and with all labels attached.
      • We cannot accept shoe boxes with sellotape on. 
      • When returning goods, please complete and include the Returns Form located on bottom of your invoice.
      • Returns are at the customer's expense. UK customers may use the returns label provided with your order, but £3.99 will then be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.
      • Refunds (less the returns label cost if used) will be issued within 7 working days of the return. Any item received after the 14 day period will not be accepted unless prior authorisation is given and will be returned back to you.

      We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as the parcel remains your responsibility until tracking shows it has been received by us.

      You will be responsible for paying shipping costs unless specified by our customer service team. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      You can return your order free of charge to any of our stores. Please bring a copy of your invoice. Refunds cannot be issued in store but can be dropped off and will be processed with 3-5 days.

      If you need to exchange your item, first please email us at customerservice@aliveanddirty.co.uk to make sure we have sufficient stock.

      While we are happy to accept exchanges, the best way to do it is by returning your item for a full refund and buy the required size/ item again in case it becomes out of stock in the meantime.
